OuiSi ("we-see") is a set of 210 visually-connecting photo cards, with activities and games that foster creativity and ignite curiosity, regardless of age. OuiSi is the 2021 Tillywig Award Winner for "Best Creative Fun."

Whether you are encouraging young minds in the classroom or looking for open-ended and creative activities for the kids at home, OuiSi has something for everyone.

How to play

Visual connections happen when different things share similar patterns, shapes, colors - anything you can imagine! OuiSi is like "this reminds me of that" in photo form. It's intuitive and challenging for kids and adults alike.

The simple act of sorting and finding visual matches is an invitation to discover the magic of our beautifully-connected world. How a tree affects life on our planet, or how a butterfly's wings create a breeze on our cheek weeks later. OuiSi encourages a natural instinct to pull life's connected threads with a sense of wonder. This is referred to as Systems-Based Learning.

We love this quote from Alfred Adler. By observing the visual connections made by others - experiencing their unique perspectives - players strengthen their ability to empathize. Conversations evolving from the visual connections leave everyone feeling heard while curious about others. This makes OuiSi a terrific tool for Social-Emotional Learning.

The Mind's Eye

To solve certain problems (like how a combination of items will fit in a suitcase), we imagine objects and move/spin/flip them around in our heads. This is often referred to as the "Mind's Eye." Through sorting and making connections based on shapes, colors and patterns, OuiSi develops the ability to abstractly and critically think based on visual information.

Creative Expression

While STEM activities are critical in early-childhood education, we believe that exploring through open-ended play is just as important. Each photo card in OuiSi was chosen with discovery in mind; each activity crafted to enable creative self-expression.
